Everybody knows Paris. Knowing that Australia's capital is Canberra and not Sydney, or that Brazil's is Brasília, is what this quiz is for.
Capitals shows a country and four cities. The capital trap puts the famous city next to the real capital, because the best-known city is rarely the one that governs. In Pin the capital you tap the capital on a globe, and the closer you are, the more it scores. Telegraph sends a telegram a line at a time, with the first letter of the capital, what the country is known for and how many neighbours it has, and you work out which country sent it.
Countries you get wrong come back more often, and countries you know come back less, so a few minutes a day is enough. Everything runs in your browser, with no account and no ads, and it works on a phone.
